    After he struck and killed an Oklahoma State University student with his truck, 30-year-old Montgomery resident Justin Lott was pulled over by police, failed a field sobriety test and was transported to a police station in Gulf Shores where he refused a breathalyzer test. Details following the crash were shown to jurors Wednesday via police videos taken from the time Lott was pulled over by a Baldwin County Sheriff's deputy to the time he was taken to the Gulf Shores Police Department.

This comes after FOX10 News uncovered the BCBE spent in excess of $210,000 in tax dollars on the Build Baldwin Now campaign, which encouraged voters to pass an eight mill property tax increase that would build new schools.

Justin Lott, 30, is accused of driving the truck that hit Kasey Waychoff, 19, as she walked in a bicycle lane with two of her Gamma Phi Beta sorority sisters in the 1400 block of West Beach Boulevard at 1:45 a.m. on March 21. The girls were in Gulf Shores for Spring Break.
