Records from the Baldwin County Corrections Center show Tammy Theresa Bemis, 45, has been jailed on a $200,000 bond since her arrest on charges of first-degree kidnapping, first-degree burglary and two counts of second-degree assault on May 15. In a striped black and white Baldwin County Corrections Center jumper, she made a brief apperance before District Court Judge Clark Stankoski Thursday morning.
