    Friends, family and classmates are mourning the loss of a Pearson teen killed Monday when her car was struck by a train in Coffee County. Alana Lyons, 17, died in the collision at a railroad crossing on Wendell Sears Road east of Douglas just before 8 a.m. GSP officials say the railroad traffic arms were down at the time and witnesses reported the car went around the barrier and stopped on the tracks.
