    Deputies with the Angelina County Sheriff's Office arrested a 31-year-old man Monday in connection to allegations that in 2014 he left a horse without adequate food and water long enough that it was severely malnourished. According to an arrest affidavit, the horse, which was eventually euthanized, also lost the sight in both of its eyes because of severe infections that were left untreated by a veterinarian.
