Guinn found the older woman and male passenger a mile up the Neches River in Anderson County Guinn said that the woman and male passenger were out of the vehicle and he called for assistance.

The paper explains that State District Judge Deborah Oakes Evans issued an egregious order demanding journalists not photograph the defendant in the case, William Hudson, nor report anything discussed at the public hearings.
