    Marilyn Yvette Cook, 54, West Newcomen Street, Alcoa, was arrested on charges of attempted theft over $250,000 and theft over $10,000. She was also served with a warrant for failure to appear in court on prior charges and is being held at the request of Anderson County authorities on a separate case, according to Blount County jail and court records.
