    A Townville man is in custody after Anderson County deputies said he stole a charitable donation jar from a restaurant. According to arrest warrants, 53-year-old Mark Charles Brown entered Townville Cafe along Highway 24 and carried away the donation money on May 17. The owner of Townville Cafe, Shannon Allewine, said the jar was used to collect funds for a group of little girls who are in a clogging dance troupe.
