Meetings are scheduled for 2 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 17, in the Harpers Ferry Community Center, 238 N. Fourth Street, in Harpers Ferry, then at 6:30 p.m., Feb. 17, in the Waukon Banquet Center, 612 Rossville Road, in Waukon.
