    A man who used a "skimming" device to illegally obtain personal information from 39 credit cards used at the now-closed Golden Town Buffet Hibachi & Sushi eatery in Glenmont was sentenced to two years in prison Wednesday. Bao Hua Liu, 52, of Albany, used the skimming device - which resembles a standard credit card processor but steals cardholders' information - to buy thousands of dollars of merchandise and gift cards using the stolen credit card numbers, Albany County prosecutors said.
