    A Franklin County motorcyclist died Monday when he crashed his Harley-Davidson as traffic ahead of him slowed for a group of Civil War re-enactors outside Gettysburg, according to police. State police in Gettysburg said Joseph Campagno, 51, of Fayetteville, was riding his Fatboy along the 2300 block of Chambersburg Road in Franklin Township, Adams County, about 9 a.m. when the vehicle in front of him slowed for pedestrians walking eastbound on the side of the road.
