The top building in the borough in terms of sales was 150 Wooster Street, which registered $60.4 million in deals for three units, followed by Steiner East Village at $42.2 million , Soori High Line at $32.7 million and 101 West 78th Street at $26.3 million .

    Joseph Plumeri, CEO of the global risk advisory firm the Willis Group, has sold his co-op unit at 995 Fifth Avenue for $35 million, according to property records filed with the city Wednesday. Plumeri listed the 8,360-square-foot unit at the old Stanhope Hotel for $32 million in 2013, meaning it sold for $3 million more than its asking price.
