    DreamWorks Animation SKG Inc.'s Glendale campus has been sold again, this time for $215 million to Griffen Capital Essential Asset REIT Inc. In late February, Atlanta-based SunTrust Banks Inc. bought the 14.7 acre site for $185 million and then put it back on the market less than two weeks later. SunTrust will split the proceeds of the sale with DreamWorks , which is using the proceeds as part of the company's recovery strategy.
