    City Council on Wednesday approved a zone change allowing the Houston-based company, Landry's Restaurants, to put the steakhouse at 7214 South Broadway Ave., with the stipulation that they install a wooden 8-foot-tall fence along the backside of the property. The council unanimously approved the transition from residential to light commercial after Councilman John Nix added the fencing provision to appease neighbors near the site, at the intersection of South Broadway Avenue and Mueller Garden Road.

    Atlantic City, NJ -- Secure credit card information was left exposed during credit card breaches at three Atlantic City establishments over the last two years. An investigation that began in December revealed that hackers were able to install a program "designed to search for data from the magnetic stripe of payment cards that had been swiped" to steal a customer's name, credit card number, expiration date and internal verification code.
