    A Wayne man was charged with shoplifting Monday after police tracked him to his home following an incident at Kohl's on Route 23. Officer Robert Franciose responded to Kohl's at 3 p.m. Monday regarding an alleged shoplifting that had occurred, police said. Using the Jeep's license plate, Franciose tracked the vehicle's owner to 108 Mack St. in Wayne, an abandoned lot where a home was knocked down several years ago, police said.
