    PEOPLE who complain about health services on the Isle of Wight fear it may be held against them when they need care in the future. According to the results of a survey carried out by the Healthwatch Isle of Wight watchdog, to investigate the complaints process at the Isle of Wight NHS Trust, 87 per cent of respondents were dissatisfied with the response to their complaint and 65 per cent believed there would be adverse effects on their future care as a result of complaining.
