    A 30-year-old man faces multiple felony charges stemming from a June arrest in connection with the theft of a vehicle at Covenant Medical Center and the burglary of a separate vehicle about a few blocks south of the hospital. Lubbock County grand jurors returned indictments Tuesday against Manny Ontiveros on a first-degree felony count of fraudulent use or possession of identifying information, a state jail felony count of burglary of a vehicle with two priors, a third-degree felony count of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and a third-degree felony count of evading in a vehicle, which includes a count of possession of a firearm by a felon.
