    Alcoa Inc. has filed a lawsuit alleging Universal Alloy Corp. misappropriated the aluminum-maker's trade secrets in order to gain more business from The Boeing Co. In a complaint filed April 30 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, Alcoa said the Canton, Ga.-based company hired away key former and current employees that worked in developing the company's Stretch Form Process "in order to siphon away hundreds of millions of dollars of Alcoa's sales of aluminum aerospace extrusion parts" to Boeing.
