    A Columbus man has been indicted by a Franklin County grand jury for selling heroin mixed with the animal tranquilizer carfentanil that caused nine overdoses, including one death. Rayson Alexander, 36, was indicted on 20 counts including murder, involuntary manslaughter, corrupting others with drugs, aggravated trafficking in drugs and trafficking in heroin.
