    Henry St. Clair O'Donnell died Saturday, May 21, 2016 at Lawrence Memorial Hospital, Lawrence, Kan., following a brief illness. He was born May 2, 1953 in Ellsworth, Kan., the son of Carolyn and Henry St. Clair O'Donnell, Sr. After graduating from Ellsworth High School in 1971, Henry St. Clair attended Fort Hays State University, earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Northern Colorado, and did additional graduate work at Fort Hays.

    As Colorado foster kids switch schools in high school, their chances of graduating on time decrease, according to a new report from University of Northern Colorado researchers. UNC researcher Elysia Clemens, and colleague Alison Phillips Sheesley, studied data from 2007-2014, and found the number of times Colorado students in foster care change schools during high school is a strong indicator of whether they graduate, according to a UNC news release.
