RSU becomes the 21st affiliate of the network, which will provide an outlet for area tribes to provide content to audiences across the country. The Tulsa World reports that programming will include the new monthly TV show ``Osiyo, Voices of the Cherokee People,'' produced in Tahlequah by the Cherokee Nation.
