    The region's largest hospital has been told it must improve by inspectors, after a visit was prompted by whistleblowers. The Care Quality Commission said in a report released today that inspectors visited the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital "due to a number of whistle blowing contacts from staff in relation to regular movement of staff between wards to fill gaps in rotas, insufficient staff in some areas including medical wards, maternity and children's services and allegations of bullying."

The Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital is the only hospital in Norfolk to make the move, which will come into force on September 1. Although the James Paget University Hospital , in Gorleston, and the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in King's Lynn, both restrict the number of people who can be present at the scan.
