    The Baton Rouge Community College said its goodbyes to former chancellor Dr. Andrea Lewis Miller and is welcoming a new acting one. Miller, who began her tenure at BRCC in 2012, will begin serving as president of Lemoyne-Owen College in Memphis, Tennessee, on September 1. Miller grew BRCC's enrollment by over 3,000 students through her work launching the North Baton Rouge Industrial Training Center, and overseeing the BRCC and Capital Area Technical College merger.
