    In a game the Kalamazoo College women's lacrosse team had to have to remain in contention for a birth in the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association postseason tournament, the Hornets prevailed in a tight back and forth affair with the visitors from St. Mary's College. The junior from Paw Paw recorded a hat trick in the first 22 minutes of the game and allowed the Hornets to jump out to a 3-1 lead.
