The donated work, titled "Blue Ribbon Series," was among the top 25 two-dimensional entries in ArtPrize 7. Hoyle's "Blue Ribbon Series" is a series of photography of farm animals raised by boys and girls participating in a 4-H competition.

The win was an important one for the Bulldogs as both teams entered the game in the upper half of the GLIAC standings.
