    Earlham College for over 15 years as a secretary in the Alumni Department and most recently in the Earlham post office. She was very proud of her American Indian heritage. Sharon was an avid knitter and quilter and she spun her own yarn. She enjoyed reading and taking pictures. Sharon loved her family dearly and treasured spending time with them. Survivors include her husband, Gary A. Newton to whom she was married on May 28, 1999; sons, Ernest E. "B.J." (Angie) Ables Jr. of Palhattan, Kansas and Travis L. (Jodie) Hissong of Valentine, Nebraska; step-daughters, Rachel M. (Bryan) Williams and Kimberly A. (Tom) Roberts, both of Connersville, Indiana; grandchildren, Matt, Jennifer, and Justin; step-grandchildren, Noah, Luke, Grace, Kaitlynn, Ethan, and Elise; mother, Mary K. Sadler of Silver Lake, Kansas; sister, Darlene (Rick) Irvin of Topeka, Kansas; brothers, Martin D. "Bud" Mulanax of Hoyt, Kansas and Ronald E. Mulanax of Grantville, Kansas; and special great-nephew, Miguel. She was preceded in death by her father and brothers, Larry E. Mulanax and Stephen L. Mulanax. Visitation for Sharon Newton will be from 4 to 8:00 p.m. Monday, January 5, 2015, at Sugar Grove Community Church, 6404 Sugar Grove Road, Greens Fork, IN 47345. Funeral service will be at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, January 6, 2015, at Sugar Grove Community Church with Pastor Adam Rinehart officiating. Burial will be in Sugar Grove Cemetery. Arrangements are being handled by Doan & Mills Funeral Home, 790 National Road West, Richmond.     Earlham College. Maurine and her husband Paul started Fireside Mobile Homes in 1964 and built Richmond Mobile Manor in 1972. She was a member of Bethesda Worship Center. Survivors include her children, Lucinda Jane Oliver, Robert Scott (Angela) Stiner, and Elizabeth Jan (Bryce) Martin; 15 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; daughter-in-law, Mary Stiner; one niece; one nephew; and many friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Stiner who died April 27, 2001; infant son, William Stiner; son, Geoffrey P. Stiner; granddaughter, Melissa Stiner; grandson, Daniel McEuen Stiner; parents; and one sister, Mathena Bright. Visitation for Maurine Jane Stiner will be from 4 to 7:00 p.m. Monday, November 24, 2014, at Doan & Mills Funeral Home, 790 National Road West, Richmond. A private graveside service will be held at Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery at the convenience of the family with Pastor Kendal Harris officiating. Hall of Dayton, Ohio; step-son, Robert (Rebecca) Bringle of Indianapolis, Indiana; nieces and nephews , including Margaret (Bob) Wotherspoon of Richmond; and many friends, including Melvin (Pat) Brandon. She was preceded in death by her husband, Max Gordon Bringle who died on August 19, 2008; daughter, Cynthia Emmons; step-daughter, Joan Bringle; and brothers, George Scantland Jr. and Richard Scantland. A memorial service for Marinetta S. Bringle will be at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, November 16, 2014, at First Friends Meeting, 2010 Chester Boulevard, Richmond, with Pastor Derek Parker and Dortha M.
