    Cornerstone University does not have to provide employees with certain contraceptives - such as the morning after pill - under a decision announced Thursday by a federal appeals judge. The Eighth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals ruled that forcing Cornerstone - or even a third-party provider at no cost to the university - to offer such contraceptives "substantially burdened" Cornerstone's "exercise of religion."
