    A Cleveland man wanted by the FBI in connection with two recent bank robberies in Ohio City was arrested Friday after strolled into Cleveland City Hall to get a copy of his birth certificate. Officers stationed at the entrance to City Hall took Mark Lloyd, 31, into custody at about 1 p.m. after they recognized the distinct gun-shaped tattoo on his face, according to FBI spokeswoman Vicki Anderson.
