    A former Muskingum University student has been charged in the death of her newborn baby girl/boy whose body was found on the campus in April. Emile L. Weaver, 20, of Clarington in Monroe County, is charged with aggravated murder, abuse of a corpse, two counts of tampering with evidence, Muskingum County Prosecutor Mike Haddox announced this morning at his office in Zanesville.
