Megan Marie Gaylord told detectives she was driving a car on Plank Road between Baker and Zachary when her front seat passenger, William Bottoms Jr., 27, also of Greenwell Springs, shot Derrick D. Williams, 23, and Mohamed S. Hussain, 29, in the back seat, an arrest report states.
