    Police investigating a crash into a stonewall on Byram Shore Road near Delavan Avenue late Friday night found more than just vehicle damage, as cops arrested a man without pants allegedly trying to cover up criminal activity by claiming that he'd been robbed of his clothing at gunpoint. New York State Police were in pursuit of a BMW heading north on I-95 around 10 p.m. The car exited the vehicle and hit a stone wall, and three occupants fled the scene, according to police.
