    A Long Island certified public accountant, who collected welfare while owning a Florida beachfront condo and a home in Suffolk County, was sentenced to prison Tuesday at the federal courthouse in Central Islip, authorities said. Abraham Grossman of Yaphank, who in 2016 pleaded guilty to the fraud scheme, was sentenced to two years in prison, one year of home confinement, three years of probation and restitution of $615,000 to all injured parties, according to New York State Inspector General Catherine Leahy Scott.
