Driving a 2007 Lincoln, the elderly driver was eastbound on County Road 48 and crossed the double yellow line on a curve at Lime Street about 7:40 a.m. The Lincoln struck a westbound truck driven by Peter Irizarry, 70, of Orlando, the FHP said.
