Washington State Patrol say Leonard and Joan Shure of Pasco had stopped on the shoulder of the eastbound lanes of Interstate 82 two miles east of Union Gap, when a pick-up driven by Brent Owens of Yakima rear-ended the Shure's car. So far investigators haven't said if any charges will be filed, nor have they said if alcohol or drugs were involved.
