Their journey came to a close on Wednesday morning in Wrightsville Beach and proud parent Ted Richardson was so excited to see his 15-year-old son.

As two girls simultaneously took to standing on the board, the girls would try a variety of different moves that included lifting each other, leg kicks, the "wheelbarrow" position and pirouettes.
