Barry Rataiczyk, the driver of the 1989 Harley Davidson motorcycle, was pronounced dead at Centegra Hospital - Woodstock nearly 30 minutes after paramedics from Woodstock Fire Rescue arrived on scene to 4115 Doty Road in unincorporated Dorr Township.
