    A 69-year-old Minocqua man accused of killing his wife back in 1982 has filed a notice of alibi advising prosecutors he may call up to 14 witnesses to establish he was seen at three different locations - his residence, a local hardware store that is no longer in business and a local church - during the period of time the state has alleged the crime was committed. According to court records, attorneys for Robin "Bob" Mendez filed the notice of alibi April 19, the same day Mendez entered a plea of not guilty to one count of first-degree murder.
