    The company behind a proposed liquefied natural gas export terminal at the mouth of the Columbia River has abandoned the project, marking the death of Oregon's second LNG terminal project in a matter of weeks.     The body of a passenger whose plane crashed into the Columbia River near Astoria last week was recovered by divers on Monday, according to the Clatsop County Sheriff's Office. Irene Mustain, 63, of Woodland, Washington was found in the wreckage of the 1941 North American AT-6 plane after two dive attempts and hours of searching at the bottom of the river, said Clatsop County Sheriff Tom Bergin in a news release.
