    The Clark County Sheriff's Office identified the driver killed Thursday morning in a single-vehicle crash in Hockinson as 36-year-old Andy W. Kubbe. Kubbe, a Woodland resident, was driving an older model Ford Ranger pickup truck when he crashed into a fence and then a tree on private property, the sheriff's office said in a Friday update.
