Each class participates in a week-long instruction, which includes physical training, basic drill instruction, patrol operations, investigation operations, firearm safety lesson, a K-9 demonstration, a Southstar Helicopter presentation, a mock crime scene, high risk car stops, a tour of the Woodbury City Police Department, and, finally, a commencement ceremony.
