Gary Bohman was in a Wood County court on Monday where a judge set a final pre-trial date for October 18th with a jury trial to begin on December 17th.

The paper reports that the investigation has been triggered after it was discovered that the cost of the project cost more than 25% of the utility's operating revenues in 2013.
