    Terry L. McGregor Jr., 28, and Tyler J. McGregor, 23, both of 2257 Route 420, are each charged with a count of felony first-degree burglary. It is charged that about 2:30 p.m. on Oct. 22 at 45 Hastings Falls Road in Brasher, the two men, along with Danelle C. LaPage, 36, of 1295 County Route 49, Winthrop, and Tanner J. McGregor, 17, of 227 Main St., Massena, entered the home armed and stole an undisclosed amount of U.S. currency, a .22 caliber rifle and approximately 180 oxycodone pills all belonging to 56-year-old Anthony W. Bushey.
