    Charges have been filed against three local men after Arkansas Game and Fish Commission wildlife officers investigated a video circulated on Facebook showing a deer being beaten with a textbook. An Arkansas woman received a warning for her involvement, the agency said Thursday in a press release.

"Butch" Brown Jr. Trey was preceded in death also by his grandmothers, Nancy Bass, Deanna C. Brown and his grandfather, Robert Walter Brown Sr. Trey loved fast cars, motorcycles, water sports, hunting and most of all he loved his family.
