The organization, which offers medical and behavioral health care throughout Maricopa, Pinal, Gila, Yuma, Navajo, Apache and Cochise counties, dedicated its Albert Long Residential Treatment Center July 23. Community Bridges operates three facilities in Navajo County, including one each in Winslow and in Holbrook, as well as one on the Navajo Nation.

Elaine Monique Zavalla-Charres, 34, of Winslow, Ariz., was sentenced to serve a total of 72 months in jail: 48 months for mail fraud and a consecutive term of 24 months for aggravated identity theft.
