Ricky Darnell Waiters, 49, was also indicted on one count each of first-degree attempted murder in a drive-by shooting, second-degree intentional murder, second-degree attempted murder, second-degree murder in a drive-by shooting, first-degree assault, second-degree assault in a drive-by shooting and carrying a weapon without a permit.
