    A jury unanimously convicted a Washington man of fatally shooting his next door neighbor and trying to shoot the neighbor's 16-year old son at their home. The Daily News reports Randolph Graham, of Winlock, was found guilty Wednesday on all charges, including first-degree murder, attempted first-degree murder, drive-by shooting, manufacture of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance.

Fulmer was sentenced Wednesday after pleading guilty in November to charges of theft and identity theft.
