    Helping a local business rebuild following a July 18 fire, the Holmes County commissioners on Monday approved a partial tax abatement for construction of a new sawmill at Winesburg Hardwood. It took firefighters between 1 and two hours to control the fire, which was contained to the steel-sided sawmill building, in which employees also made pallets.
