    Child pornography charges were dismissed against a former Barrow County teacher who was arrested last March following an investigation by federal Homeland Security agents. The charge of accessing child porn against William M. Kimbrell, 28, of Covington was dismissed by U.S. District Judge Timothy Baten Sr. in November following a motion of dismissal by the U.S. Attorney's Office in Atlanta.
