    A Winchester man on Monday received prison time for committing burglaries and theft in the city and in Warren County in 2017. Judge Clifford L. Athey Jr. sentenced Michael Jorge Meszaros in Warren County Circuit Court to three years in a state penitentiary for one count of statutory burglary and two years, all suspended, for a related grand larceny charge.
