    A Ridgefield woman recently arrested in Wilton for allegedly drunk driving and striking an officer with her foot was charged early Saturday morning at a Hope Street restaurant in Stamford for refusing to pay a small bar bill. Elizabeth Blum, 37, of Silver Springs Lane, was charged with breach of peace and resisting arrest and released on a promise to appear in court.
