The new Publix supermarket located at 2004 S. Glenburnie Road in New Bern will have its grand opening on Wednesday at 7 a.m. According to an online leasing brochure posted on developer Crosland Southeast's website, the three-building shopping center also will include a McAlister's Deli, a Moe's Southwest Grill and a Great Clips hair salon, with space still available for other tenants. Out of the 1,102 Publix supermarkets throughout the Southeast, this will be the first coastal store in North Carolina, said Kim Reynolds, spokesperson for Publix. Comment?
